Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes things come up unexpectedly. However, I do have a last-minute cancellation fee in place. This policy is designed to help manage my schedule efficiently and ensure that I can accommodate all my clients.
A 20% cancellation fee will occur for any no-shows or cancellations within 24hours of the scheduled appointment.
